Standard shipping rates
Normally a shipping rate of UGX 6,000/= up to UGX 10,000/= is applied on products below UGX 250,000/= depending on your locality however items above that cost are eligible to free shipping countrywide only
Delivery info:
Customer detailed information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored for purposes of tracking and eliminating scammers
Delivery procedure:
Once your order is prepared and its ready for shipping,
- Our agent will call your for confirmation on delivery awareness
- A Delivery note will be provided to sign to confirm if you have received the item successfully
- Payment if on cash then will proceed
Note: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately as the return and refund policy states so we can help you.
Delivery of time items:
Shipped from abroad items that are required a special order to ship generally take an extra day to ship except preowned items from abroad (7-28days). Express delivery items normally take (3hours) to 1days. All times do apply weather your in city or rural urban centers
For Pickups:
We only allow customers to come to our outlet for pickups after confirmation that the product is (ready) & after making the payment
