Return Policy & Refunds.

For better services over our website experience our customer is our best priority so if you would wish to return a purchase due to some reasons.

 

Note: All returns must meet our guidelines, before you apply for a return process. please review carefully our our Return Policy to avoid inconveniences.

 

Generally refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 15 to 60 days depending on the mode of payment.

Return Policy & Refund Guidelines

For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return product for a full money back refund, if,

  1. Any customer would wish to make a voluntary return of a purchased merchandise he/she must apply to our support portal with a reason as it will be listened through by our experts. For a feedback, by that we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
  2. The intended Return or exchange product(s) are still  ,brand new unopened , mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s or company seals, packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction guidelines, packing , and blank warranty cards (if included)
  3. The product delivered is incorrect , damaged (shipping) or it doesn’t match descriptions of (what’s in the box?). Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue & we return or exchange the product  excluding any shipping charges.
  4. The product(s) is listed through descriptions “that NO RETURN/ NON REFUNDABLE applied” such product(s) wont apply on return neither refund policy.
