Warranty policy on camera Body(s)
Warranty Policy claim only applies either on identical exchange, mechanical fixing by the product manufacturer. Only Brand new camera(s) are covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
What you need to claim your warranty:
First you need to share with a notification on the (need to claim a warranty). then prepare,
- A printed out The proof receipt/ invoice of purchase .
- An original of warranty card of noblegadgetsltd with its ID no. (visible). Original manufactures warranty cards are retained by our distributor thus each camera package includes an original noblegadgetsltd warranty card only that applies for a warranty claim.
- Camera body only with its original serial label
Our company will make sure your camera body is returned to the manufacturer after inspection and the warranty claim will be cover, All camera(s)/body(s) will only be dropped and picked at our outlet (only).
Warranty Policy period:
Warranty Policy period for new camera(s) will be between six-month, one year & 2 years depending on manufacturer’s standard claim however some camera body(s) warranty claim may not apply.

if your camera is inspected & its found tempered mechanically or tried to be opened or the mechanical issue was raised due to a reckless damage we won’t be able to accept it neither warranty will apply
