OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All clients of Noble gadgets limited are subjected to the following terms and conditions regardless of the buyers purchase order. Any additions to these terms and conditions will not be recognized unless authorized by the chief operations officer of Noble gadgets limited.
QUOTATION.
All quotations will expire between 15 to 30 days unless extended in writing . all quotes have dates printed on them and pricing on this website is subjected to change without notice.
MINI ORDER.
All orders below 250000ugx will be charged an extra handling fee.
PRICES.
All prices have to be done in either Ugandan shillings or US Dollars .
Products on our website are credit card , mobile money and cash.
Selling prices are subjected to change without notice due to increment of some costs like the transportation costs.
Prices should include sales , tax , and changes ,duties , customs or other types 0f fees may not be included but might be charged.
DELIVERY.
Delivery from online are done after payment. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Incase of a late delivery , the delivery charge will neither be voided nor guaranteed.
Please note that we might not be able to reach some locations , we shall be able to notify you using the details that you send via your order.
CANCELLATION.
A client has an hour to cancel an order in case it had already been placed with certain charges.
Already shipped orders are nonrefundable nor changed unlike wrong orders.
RETURN AND REFUND.
Commitment fee is nonrefundable.
Delivery funds are not returned regardless of any customer complaints like delays.
Only confirmed and accepted cancellations will be refunded by crediting any of the clients financial accounts.
COMPLAINTS.
We take complaints serious and we put our customers as first in all our services in any process.
We respond to complaint within 24 business hours.
Please don’t hesitate to place your complaints in all our applications.
INFORMATION.
Please provide us with all the necessary information so that no mistakes and misunderstandings during the process. Information is not exposed without a client approval.
Note;
All clients are eligible to fill in all the necessary tabs that ask for their details on all our applications.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES.
Clients should observe that all information provided by our application is correct or error free.
We are not liable to any unfavorable or natural circumstance like accidents , rain , too much sunshine , and many others. Neither damaged for the same reason.
Noble gadgets limited has taken all necessary reliable steps to prevent internet fraud and information is stored safely.
Offers made by Noble gadgets limited are always withdrawn at any time and without notice.
GENERAL.
All prices for our goods are in both US Dollars and Ugandan shillings.
All clients must return with receipts while making payment for all previous balance.
PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS (BUY FOR ME) Section
- Sources : Where we can help you Purchase & ship your items countries USA, UK, DUBAI & CHINA
- Category of Goods: We ship in battery, non battery items & normal goods ( home electronics like laptops, cameras phones and others new and some few used items. Drones only on special order after contacting us. We do not ship military, offensive, drugs, banned goods in Uganda, explosives and other related Goods.
- All Quotes under this section will stay the same as listed in the above (Quotation section).in addition it will include: original price of the product + shipping fees of the sell if applicable, insurance, tax and shipping fees)
- All prices shall be made in UGX or USD cash Except customers who would wish to make online payments will pay in (UGX) on either Mobile money, Bank or Credit card over our website. We shall issue you a buying rate of USD dollar as per that time of payment
- Payment shall be made 100% for the initial purchase of the item before commencing with the transaction
- Documentation: we shall receive your details and kept safe as per our privacy policy
- Only shipping fees, insurance and taxes fees shall be paid before pick up or delivery as soon as your noticed with its arrival at the shop.
- Our insurance carries 6% off the package purchase price and it covers only the safety of your package till you receive it at hand. Please note our insurance only caters for only damage if happened through transit not anything else.
- Delivery Lead time: Delivery time is varied with the initial time the sources delivers the item to our shipping station then add 12-15 working days to ship at our shop. For example if the source ships in 2 days add 12 days making a total of (14)days to pickup your item. Note Miscellaneous delays might happen but we shall communicate according due to customs
- Return and refund: once order has been submitted no refund or returned before or after delivery. Insurance fees are non refundable same to shipping & tax fees
- Top-up for me: This category helps customers would wish to purchase some items but they don’t have 100% purchase cash. At noble gadgets ltd top up scheme is charged an interest depending on your first deposit
- Disclaimer Note: We are not entitled to customer’s error on item ordered for purchase if its found deflective, damaged as prescribed in order details, wrong product thus we order what you share in link with us.
